To the residents of Cold Spring Harbor, Huntington, and Lloyd Harbor who have had their car windows broken between August 13th & August 22 2010. It was Jack Cassidy, age 18 of 57 Wilton Road, Cold Spring Harbor and a 14 year old boy. Ph. # (631) 423- 5012. Police charged each of the teens with 12 counts of criminal mischief. Cassidy is also charged with soliciting the 14-year-old to commit a felony.

Cassidy was scheduled to be arraigned at First District Court in Central Islip on Monday.

The juvenile was released into the custody of his parents and will appear at Family Court in Hauppauge at a later date.
