I tried to rent a car from Trifty using the money card on 01/10/09 they put a $350 deposit and then when they couldn't rent the car due to it being a money card they voided the contract out. I feel when they voided the contract my deposit should be automatically return back to the card. Now I am being told it will be 60 days before the money is return. This is totally unacceptable when Thrifty release the contract there is no more responsibilty to the moneycard since I had to use another card to rent the car and a $350 deposit. Thrifty sent you a copy of the canceled rental contract using the money card. I have tried several times to resolve these issues without little success.

Any help with these issues would be greatly appreciated.

I want these funds return to my card immediately! Not 3-5 days, not 60 days! NOW!!!
