If you ever come across James Landers who lives at 815 18th Avenue, NE Saint Petersburg, Florida or any of his companies RoofingEMT, BuildingEMT or HighPoint Development do yourself a huge favor and DO NOT conduct ant business with this man! I gave this man a check in the amount of $8, 000 to install a new roof and that was in June 2010. It is now March 2011 and I do not have my roof installed and James Landers has my money. It even gets better as James Landers from Tampa, Florida who is associated with Greg Bonner from Houston, Texas filed bankruptcy and telling everyone he could not install our roof because he lost his license. If this is the case, then where is my $8, 000! It appears to me just one way to beat the legal system and take people money just like armed robbery. I would highly suggest you be careful in ever conducting business with James Landers or Greg Bonner.
