I paid for a small software, the download software did not work, always says that it was corrupt. I emailed Jamesriver, the software company, no response the first time. I emailed two more times after, these times, both emails bounced back ! ! !

I then emailed to PayPal who received my payment by credit card. But PayPal was just as bad, they did not reply ! !

Meanwhile, I am out of my money, have to deal through the credit card company to get the money back. Some companies are so bad that, they are not supposed to be in business. PayPal being the worst ! ! !
