Inferior quality hair extensions
0 hair extensions bonded to my hair on 21/05/2011. Within a week, 32 had fallen out. My hairdresser, Melissa, rebonded these strands and a week later, a further 20 odd had dropped out. These were again rebonded at great inconvenience to myself and Melissa. The following week, another 20 odd had to be rebonded.
Melissa has since tried to insert extra bond onto most of the extensions to prevent the factory bond from slipping out and/or splintering as they had been doing. The remaining extensions have all lost most of their hair and now my hair is so thin I might as well not have bothered with extensions, which are incredibly expensive. I've wasted my time and my money.
On 17/06/2011 I contacted Amanda @ Aquacleanse to inform them that I had problems with their hair extensions falling out for no reason. Both myself and Melissa have posted sample hair to them for analysis, yet apparently, neither of our envelopes have been received in over 3 weeks?
I have diligently followed all their aftercare instructions and have only used the products they recommend. My hairdresser even went through and approved all the products I have at home. I have also decided to wash my hair no more than twice a week to prevent the extensions getting unnecessarily wet and knotted. I finger blowdry my hair (the bonds must not remain wet after washing) and have not even blowdried it straight, as this would mean tugging on the hair.
The company is unwilling to do anything regarding my dilemma. They also sell synthetic lawns/showers/tiles/celphones/ceilings/water heaters/cctv camera's etc. They wont replace or refund. I removed 51 remaining from 150 extensions on 08/07/2011 and have all the splintered and badly bonded strands left as proof.

They wont replace their defective product and refuse to let me talk to the owner Michael Jamison. I have photos and extensions as proof of the quality issues. I removed the 51 which was left of the 150 on 08/07/2011.
