I had purchases a Jamo home theatre (model no S 606) from Reliance Digital (Ambiance Mall, Gurgaon) on dated 17.06.10. I spent there more than three hours to check the specification with sales person Mr. Amit. I enquired about all the things and made comparison with Sony home theatre where sound was much heavy. I was told that all the accessories are inbuilt in Jamo system and if additional sound heaviness or volume is require than customer need to buy another buffer / amplifier. I was not told to buy any of other equipment apart from this system and was told that it will work nicely without any additional help.
Before purchasing, I requested the team to deliver and installed the system until Friday evening (18.6.10) as I had to go out station from next days. Reliance team assured me that it would be done.
On next day despite of my busy schedule in the office, I left urgent meetings and reached home for its installation but got disappointed that no one came there and wasted my time. I called Mr. Amit (cell no.9650698635) and he assures me for cooperation but at last, he also stopped attending my calls. Next day I got call from no. 01244029099 and person assured me for installation on Saturday. Despite of my personal urgencies, I waited for the same. At 1 pm I got call from unknown number (09136174646) since, I was in urgent meeting I couldn’t attend it but after half an hour when I redialed on the same number, that gentleman misbehaved with me, but I came to know that guy was from reliance installation team.
I got fed up from the Reliance digital system and misbehave from their team, and told them I will approach higher authorities. On Saturday evening I got called from Ms. Deepa ( Reliance Digital show room) and she apologized for this misshaped and requested me to give one more chance so that customer can be satisfy. Based on her request, I told her to send your engineering on Sunday evening. At last, yesterday evening, one engineer came to my residence at Gurgaon but he told that it could not be installed, as Amplifier is not there. I was shocked that I have not been told about the same at the time pf purchasing otherwise I would have buy it. After talking with sales person Mr. Amit, he told rudely that we cannot help in this regard and you have to buy it.
Now my question is, why your sales and other peoples cheat the customer only for fulfilling their sales target. They have given me incomplete information and once customer buy one product other accessories requirement comes out. This is purely fraud and cheating case and your team kept me in dark. They not only wasted my busy time but gave me mentally tension also. Apart from it, they had done misbehave with me.
Apart from this, I have communicated to all of their senior peoples, (Mr. Verma, store manager; Mr. Rahul Pandit, Mr. Aman Verma, NCR incharge sales n service) but no one gave me clear picture and disappointed me.
