To be perfectly honest, I have several opinions of The Basement Doctor. I will say that when I purchased my home, part of the pre-conditions was that the basement walls be reinforced as a preventive measure to prevent any moisture issues prior to the actual move-in. While the equipment was apparently left unattended by The Basement Doctor over a weekend, and the electrical was overloaded, a major thunder storm caused power outage, and water backed into the basement, causing more issues. After contacting the BBB and Attorney General for assistance, the problem was rectified for the most part. There were several issues which were not handled to satisfaction, but all-in-all the basement walls have not leaked yet. The "super sump" pump The Basement Doctor installed lasted 2 years max. I would consider all sources before making a decision; and then, I would be careful to closely monitor progress.
Good luck.

Subject: The Basement Doctor
Carol,
I am thinking bout having some basement work done by The Basement Doctor. Wes Martin from there gave me your name on a list of people they have done work for. Would you please be so kind as to let me know what you think of them?
