I purchased fireworks at a parking-lot fireworks stand in Henderson back in late June, early July and paid with my debit card. Today, August 3rd I see a charge on my account from Jan Stevens Design ... perplexed I call Jan to find out what the charge is for and she tells me that it's for the fireworks I bought OVER A MONTH AGO! When I ask why she waited a month to put the charges through she says "Well didn't you wonder why it didn't go through before?" Her attitude and demeanor on the phone were terrible and she tried to tell me that it was my fault that her charge over-drafted my bank account a month later. The money was there when I bought the fireworks! So I go through my bank account records and LO and BEHOLD SHE DOUBLE CHARGED ME! SHE TOOK HER MONEY IN JUNE AND THEN TOOK IT AGAIN IN JULY! I called her back to let her know she double charged me and she won't answer the phone. How professional! I'm doing a charge back but I won't be buying fireworks from that stand any more and I wouldn't recommend doing business with Jan Stevens to anyone!
