Well I ordered the item on 07/10/08 sent the item back within 2 days/nights of trying them and have been trying to get a refund ever since. Today is 10/29/08. They charged me 17.99 + 7.99 for shipping + what I spent to send it back. I know it isn't much but it is the principal of the whole process. It is about doing what you say and good customer service. I want my 17.99 back. I have also tried to call a 1-800 # where no one ever answers the phone. They want you to leave a message and then no one ever calls you back. I have also send dozens of emails which at first were answered and now go unanswered and ignored. DON'T ORDER FROM THIS BUSINESS.
