On Jan, 21, 2009 I took my 74 yr old neighbor to Jason's as she wanted to buy 3 rooms of furniture. She spent $4, 100.oo paid by credit card and was told she would receive furniture in about 2 weeks.
On Feb, 17th, I called and spoke to the Manager and she stated they would deliver on the 24th. No furniture, I called they stated on the 29th they would deliver. They delivered her kitchen set, no living room or bedroom. After several attempts to get this resolved they delivered her a few living room pieces
It is now April and this poor women has not received her complete bedroom set. Jason's has been called on a weekly basis plus going into the store also and still no result. They should be ashamed of themselves for treating a customer this way.
