JAW Management officials at Ashford Point apartment complex asked me to move to another apartment on the same site, due to their inability to repair the bathtub. It was leaking into the apartment bathroom, below. JAW Management failed to provide assistance in moving, and when I did move, they delayed the move for two weeks by not transferring the refrigerator from the old apartment to the new, even though they promised on several offasions to do so.

They moved me into a smaller apartment, for which they expected me to pay the same rent.

Three days after moving the refrigerator, they permanently locked me out of the old apartment, and had to be threatened with legal action to allow me to remove my items from said apartment.

JAW Managment, then, double charged me for water. They used the money I paid for rent to pay the water bills, then charged me LATE FEES on unpaid rent.

I came across this site looking for the name of the management company because I am currently typing my NOTICE TO VACATE. This is a 30 day notice at the end of my lease agreement that I am sending via certified mail.

I am thoroughly disgusted by the service and the overall negative attitude of the representatives that JAW Management has placed at ASHFORD POINT APARTMENTS at 3950 Ashburnham Drive in Houston, Texas.
