This a fraud and scammed company. Old sale lady has a very bad breath and nasty attitude. Talk to their District Manager the heffa fat lady also very nasty she said you do not take great care of your necklace that is why it's turn green. What the heck? Gold necklace do not turn green if it is real. What kind of District Manager is that who do not care about customer concerns but the JB Robinson Store Manager is very nice but she can't do anything. Please do not buy in Sterling Company; Kays, Shaws, Jared if your not sure what your buying or have no guarantee they are all scammed and fraud and employees are very nasty. No customer service training including their District Manager whose fat heffa red neck.
