First if your buying or planning to buy or purchase a diamond jewelry please go to internet and go to google and do some research and compare prices and educate your self first before you make a purchase from the store. Second if your buying from the store make sure you talk to the store manager first and only so that you can get the right information. Third make sure you have the internet info copies with you so you can the correct price of the jewelry. I went to the JB Robinson Waldorf Maryland to put chase a ring and apply a store credit application and I get approve. I told the pregnant sale lady I am not interested in payment protection plan and she told me she check it off from my recent purchase. Then after a month I was charge of payment protection plan and interest when I was told there is no interest if I put down a 20% down payment which I did. I was scammed and misleaded by this pregnant sale lady. This pregnant sale lady is very argumentative, nasty attitude and have a chip on her shoulder and never apologize in spite she bully her store manager in front of me and made some remark by saying you work in sterling company for over 20 years and still you do not know how to ring up your own sale. I could not believe that she has no respect in her store manager then she argue with me and her store manager. Then she bully her coworker for no reason and accuse her coworker by being rude when she is the one who is rude. then she called her store district manager by saying her coworker just harass her when I witness she was the one whose harassing her coworkers. Please do not buy anything in JB Robinson as this pregnant sale lady have cost so much problem to her store manager and coworker's enough to be fired plus she is not selling she is just working. No customer service but bad mouthing her coworker's and store manager. I feel sad that her Filipino co-worker got fired for false maliscious allegation by saying she was assaulted. I wish the JB Robinson HR; did a thoroughly investigation not just by saying of a group employees who does not like her but the truth of the matter. I believe if the store manager would speak up the truth then they would not fire the Filipino employee. It is so sad; that there are people exist who destroyed people lives just for selfish reason. I would never buy anything to JB Robinson Waldorf Maryland as they fired employee for wrongful termination. I wish and pray that this pregnant sale lady have a great life as she destroyed a Filipino employee who excel from her job. i am praying that the company realize they fired a wrong person. Sometimes when an employee is doing the right things a group of jealous employee would try anything to destroyed that employee specially if that employee is selling well. Please do not buy a jewelry from a company who constantly firing employees for wrongful termination and make sure if your going to buy a jewelry from JB Robinson; you buy it from the store manager itself as that's the only one whose honest and going to give you a fair price if not go to Zale as they do not bad mouth there store manager and employees. good Luck!
