When paying, over paying for a delivery a customer should not expect that their product is left in the lobby of their high rise; when we pay for delivery as per the J.C. Penney's we expect delivery to be to the threshold of our appointments.
I paid 210$ for delivery and woke up to discovery the were only delivering my sectional to my lobby and that I could take it up with the company but to expect no response. No response is exactly what I got.
