lense bifocal measured incorrectly-to high
3 months ago I had my lenses replaced; I have not been able to wear them because the bifocal is too high. The store person said that the lense was measured incorrectly, but I would have to pay for the replacement (under warrantee) because it had been more than 30 days. Sometimes it takes time to get used to glasses, I noticed that the bifocal line cuts right across the center of my eye the store personnel agreed and remeasured. 30 days? What about the "we're not happy until you are" poster posted in the store? I should be given a $30 dollar coupon to pay for the lense replacement.

Right Lense keeps falling out
Ever since I've got my glasses, I've had nothing but problems with them. Initially when I picked them up, the lenses were in backwards. I had to wait a couple of more weeks before I got them back. This time, the right lense continually keeps falling out and I have had to make many trips to the store, which is an inconveience of time and money, either of which I don't have. Within the first month, I asked to exchange the glasses for another pair, so I wouldn't continue to have this problem with this pair, but the sales associate told me to give them a try. Of course, after seeing if this problem would continue or not, it was after a month and they wouldn't consider exchanging them. I should not have taken his advice because I am constantly having to take them to the store to have the screw put back in. They are wire frames, and I have had wire frames in the past and have never had this problem before. I feel that the glasses are inferior and I'm not getting the customer satisfaction and respect that I deserve.
