charge of 9.95 monthly for approx 1 year
why am i being charged monthly for approx 1 year when i bought a gift card in december and another one for fathers day from jr penney. change shows perfecthome no address or phone. thank you virginia kirlis

store manager abuse
in our store 2478 miami florida are store manager ken gonzalez does thing against jcpenny policy, he has hire people from seasonal to be supervisor and manager in our store, not posting the position on are associate board, also has used some store money for his benefits, going out we his friends, he fire the ASM and told the company was for sexual abuse, he has humiliate all his managers and supervisors, he make them work extra without help, he has threatened his managers so they can not say a word against him, all of us are in this bad situation, we don't care much about the hours the store give us some of the associates have 5 hours in the week. ah?? do you think that is winning together??? some people have more hours than others cuz store manager like or do not like them.the engagement manager always texting and doing bad schedules sometimes there is nobody opening in a department some others nobody close, the mayorie of us want to complian to mr.mims but are store manager don't let us is worse, he offer a supervisor to be an associate again just because she was pregnant, what store manager do that ??now that supervisor is in her maternity leave and he hire a new supervisor in her place does jcpenny do that for all the employees, womans cannot get pregnant in this company ah??? does penny's family know what kind of managers are infront of there companies????

We are the good Customers
I am a new JCPenny Credit Card customer / Account and have never been treated worse by a retailer.
I opened a C.C. and a flexible payment account a few months back. I purchased $2, 000 on the account and made a first payment of $450. The second month the min was due on the 19th of Dec.
So on the 19th I electronic checked a payment - received a confirmation. I received 4 calls that day (Due Date) asking me for payment. I was then advised that they see that I elec. paid and apologised stating that it may take a day or two to post on my account - but the account will show paid on time.
I then received call after call that day - I requested a supervisor the second call - I was assured it will stop and apology given.
Call again 3rd time - I asked for supervisor - I was assured they were sorry for calling and NOW see where I have paid - the calls are auto generated.
Fourth call - I asked for supervisor - I was given another apology and advised it will not happen again.
Then I get my statement a few days later in mail.
It states I owe 2 payments and that it is overdue!!!
I call on the account and I get an apology and that my account is in great standing and nothing is due - that my statement was incorrect.
Wow - I am a new customer - NEVER been late on a payment. I am being treated like a deadbeat payer or a collections account.
My wife and I have been harrassed right out of the box from JCPenny and we are the good guys...
We will be paying you off very soon and never buying another thing on our card or account from JCPenny

Rude Manager and Customer Service
I have received an email from Jcpenny with a coupon, when i click print coupon another link comes up to print that coupon. Today i went to Jcpenny for christmas shpping and tried to use the coupon. At first, the sales lady says i can not use this coupon, then she call the manager. I have spoke to this very rude manager named debbi. She first say, the link has to be JCP.com not that link so it is not valid. i was like my sister just used her and it works, why its not valid? i told her that i received it thru email and i click on the link and it pop another link, so what can i do? she say she can not honor this coupon without further explaining. i was like ok, then give me the coupon back, she was like sorry i can not give it to u. I was like why not, i printed it, and if its not valid then i cant do anything with it then just give it back. Guess what she did? She torn my coupon and give it back to me??!?! this is unbelievable and unacceptable. this is the WORST management ever!!! i will never go shop at jcp again...

order scew ups
I ordered an electric blanket in "natural" color. I was told on the phone by a lady who totally lacked sense of the english language (she said she was in MANILA!) that it would come into our local store. When it came in, it was putrid purple! The lady at the Wisc. Rapids store, said she would reorder a correct color one for me. She had NO idea on how to work their cash register which also does the ordering. She tried one then another. I know Penny's has crap for computer systems because several years ago I tried working for them. Besides having a pervert for a store manager, the computer system they had then was crap. They have the cheapest systems you can get and no one stays working for the company because they pay so little and treat you like dirt. AFter a half hour, I left the store and the clerk was STILL trying to order the electric blanket for me!!! Finally I just left. A while later another clerk called me and asked if I still wanted to order the blanket! I said forget it, and ordered one on the internet from another company. Today I trew out every Penny's catalogue I have!!!

smell on furniture
Bought bedroom furniture from JCpenny 2 weeks ago. About an hour after the delivery men left, this smell started in the room. It is HORRIBLE. I thought it was the wood itself, but its not...it the finish on the wood. I have tried EVERY remedy i can think of and have taken a million suggestions and nothing works. It still smells as bad as the first day we got it. I have not been able to sleep in my own bedroom because the smell is so bad that it makes me physically ill.

Delivery failure
Just waited 6 hrs, on a Saturday night, on a holiday weekend, for delivery of a bed that never came. I am so pissed off I think my head will explode. Not only do I want a full refund, and I wouldn't want that bed even if it was free, I want to be compensated for all of this wasted time and frustration.

Terrible quality suitcase
Purchased suitcase from JCPenny may 2007, used it to go to Miami before getting there via airline delta the handle was broke, come home had JCPenny return luggage to be fixed, they shipped it at their cost and returned it to me fixed. This year 2008 May, 2008 I used it again same trip to Miami handle broke before getting on ship, used Delta Airline. What should I do, I've only used this suitcase twice. Advise smb!

Cheating company!
On December 12,2007 I called JCPenny catalog to make a purchase after the representative asked me if I would be interested in joining the Family Rewards Program-I initially said no because I don't go to Blockbuster Video or any of the other retailers that much to get anything out of it, she said I could read it over and cancel if it is not for me and receive the $10 gift card anyway. I agreed, so when I got the kit, I canceled.
I called Family Rewards and JCPenny to make absolutely sure of what to send in. I sent in my original sales receipt(I made a copy for myself) plus the voucher that came with the kit on December 18, 2007. I called Family Rewards the first week of January, 2008, gave them all the information and was told that they never received it. I know I sent it in, I even called my local Office Depot to check to see if I mistakenly left everything there-they said no. I made the copies there. I do not have anything at home so they had to have gotten it.
I realize that it did not cost me anything because I did cancel right away, but I feel that I have been cheated out of the $10 gift card that I was promised. I will never do that again! I do a lot of business with JCPenny and the least they could do is deal with a reputable company that follows through on what is offered.
