Poor service
Aside from the prices being higher than i'm used to, the sales rep wasn't any help at all when i called the toll-free number. It took more than half an hour to conclude that the parts i wanted were out of stock.

What a waste of time!
I was really in a rush to replace my oxygen sensor because I had an emissions test coming up, so I ordered from this site, since my brother-in-law recommended it... I had no trouble during the check out process, but after waiting for almost a month for my order to be delivered, I called a sales rep and found out that the parts I ordered were out of stock. Imagine, making me wait more than a month for a part that wasn't in stock? Bah. What a waste of time.

I'm definitely never shopping here again!
Of all the online auto parts retailers I've used, this site offers the worst service. Aside from the prices being higher, the website often broke down while I located the parts I needed. The sales rep was no good either - I couldn't understand a word she was saying. Plus, the parts I ordered were delivered a month late. I'm definitely never shopping here again!

Inadequately-informed representatives
My boyfriend and I ordered new headlights for our Camry from the site... The parts we originally wanted were unavailable, so we had to call customer support for the other options. It was an almost half-hour conversation; the representative seemed inadequately-informed. But delivery and shipping were excellent. We might shop here again if the service improves.

Bad shopping experience!
My husband and I shopped online for spare parts for our '07 Chevy Avalanche, and Google directed us to this site. The site looked promising, so we gave it a try. Aside from the parts being slightly overpriced, the website proved to be quite difficult to navigate. Delivery was even three days late. We're never shopping here again.

Terrible service!
Should have not trusted online reviews regarding this site. Sure, they have the best deals in town, but they lack customer service. Heck, I even doubt if they know the meaning of that. I ordered some Mazda Parts but when I confirmed my order to their customer service, they made me wait for 30 minutes over the phone, only to find out that my order is still in queue and it is not expected to arrive in the week that followed. Really Terrible Service!

Poor customer service!
Purchased motor mounts on this site simply because i read a lot of positive reviews about this site. The ease of ordering is no problem. But the customer service is. I had some problems understanding the specs of their products for sale so i called the live help. Like me, they were clueless about the product. What kind of shop would not know about its products? I ended up canceling my order and i never regretted it.
