multiple maintenance
i almost don't knowwhere to start, because i could write a book.i bought this vehicle in 2009 because at the time i needed a vehicle to get to work, ect. i had the car less than 2mos and in 2009 december the engine went out, but i was under warrant, since then i had problem on an average of every 3-4 mos of car troubles. well this last problem iced the cake. the fuel pump went out about6wks ago and within 2wks the car stopped again, and had it towed back to them for the second time. this time it was the relay switch as i was told by them jdbyryder maintenance. i refused to suck up the cost because this was part of the first problem, the fuel pump. then 2wks after that it happened again. this time they refused to tow so i had to pat for towe back to them . again this was part of the fuel pump saga. this time they said i needed a new key switch and cylender and fuel filter...WHAT!. i lost it. i let the cAR SIT ON THE LOT 1WEEK. oH THE COST WOULD HAVE BEEN 410.00 DOLLARS. THEY BROKE THE KEY SWITCH AND SAID IT WAS NOT WORKING WHEN IT CAME THERE. that was a lie it turned over just that no gas was getting into the enjine. does this sound familiar to anyone. so then i had it towed to another shop and it did not need a fuel filter, but the key needed to be re-keyed. in november the left front wheel was rubbing and brakes were bad, just the left and calipers, it now july and they fixing again. i am filing a complaint because this company preys on people who need and will put the money on a use car becaus of the credit, because we are working class people that need transportation, but why treat us like!@@!. just to get the money give us crap. i hate this company and they should not be allowed to sell cars . i remember when you would buy a used car and it would last for years there cars don't last 2mos before you are digging dwn into your pocket for maintenance . there shld be a class suit against them.

lying to client
I have on several occasions been harrassed by account managers to make a payment(which i do bi-weekly)This last time I got a call from the account manager telling me that she needed my payment right then and there..i informed her that i'd have to make the payment when I got home because that is where my checkbook was.I had in fact worked until 8:30 that evening and it was too late for me to call in my payment.The next day I got a call from a woman telling me that she was coming to re-possess my car and then very rudely demanded that i wait for her and give her my keys...I had forgotten to make my payment that morning(less than 48 hours after my payment was actually due)so I told the lady that I would make my payment right then and there so it would save her a repo trip to my house.the lady told me that she was from ADP towing and was very rude and nasty.So I called CNAC to give a payment and the gentleman that answered my call(who was NOT my account manager)informed me that JDByryder has the right to come and get my car even if I am 1 day late...and I have been paying on this 13 yr. old car for 30 months now and it is a 202/month payment...which means that I'll be paying over 7, 000$for a car that is only worth 2500$ or so...anyway...when my account manager got to the phone...she informed me that CNAC had multiple towing repo companies that they used and she had no way of knowing who this lady was, but i'd better make a payment so she could cancel the repo order...I gave the payment and waited for confirmation.When she came back with the confirmation #...she informed me that she had talked direstly to the tow truck driver and complained in my behalf that she needed to brush up on her"people skills".Now...how did she magically find the repo truck AND the driver in 2 minutes when she had JUST informed me that there was NO way of knowing what company this was?NOT the first time that i was lied to!!!
