I had the very worst experience in a Hollister store in Abilene Texas on Dec. 18th, 2001. My daughter and I were treated very poorly by a person who called herself your store manager after the item clearly marked as a sale item and chosen from the sales rack rang up for full price. I still have a problem believing she was a store manager of all because she had no concept of customer service. My daughter spent over an hour finding a particular pair of jeans that just happened to me marked down. She must have tried on six or seven pairs. The cost on the jean was 29.50 and we were charged full price. Well, when it rang up, I just thought they would correct the error on the register, but then the manager said, "there are a lot of possibilities for this to have happened" and said I would need to pay full price. Then when I questioned her about it she went and got a pair of jeans for 19, 00 and suggested that I buy these jeans instead. When I asked for information to talk to the person running the store and she said that she was running the store and that her name was Jane You. I asked for her supervisor and she said "I cannot give you that information" I asked for information for customer service. They could provide no information. I asked another employee for the regional supervisor's name and he said he did not know it. Before leaving, I looked at the tag for the marked down merchandise that I had just paid full price for and the price tag that had been on there which was a sticky label had been removed. When I asked for it back, Jane said "It must have been lost"

So, this is the event. I not only feel ripped off, but also, I would like an explanation for "there are a lot of possibilities for this to have happened".
