Recently turned in our 2008 leased Jeep Grand Cherokee. Way under miles and in perfect condition. The sales guy at the dealership was salivating over the condition and upkeep not to mention the mileage. filled out paper work and we were told that if they kept the Jeep to sell we would not have to pay the turn in fee THAT WE WERE NEVER TOLD ABOUT IN THE BEGINING. Our salesman said the truck was so clean they would most likely keep and sell themselves for profit and if they did that we wouldn't be billed for the turn in fee. They did infact keep it and sell it. I saw it on the lot and matched the VIN#. Now Chrysler is calling us and harrassing us for the turn in fee. Telling us the car was GROUNDED by the dealership therefore we have to pay!!! They say the dealership grounded the car with them to get a better price. So they made even more money off the deal. Noe Chrysler doesn't care and they still want their money!!! So much for customer service and wanting your business again right?????? I will NEVER ever bye Chrysler again and I suggest you don't either because you will get screwed in the end like MANY of us have!!
