No order/no communication. Has taken my money

Like many others I have read on this site. I purchased 2 items 9 days ago (achmed tshirt and poster). The site said i would receive 3 emails (i have received one). My money was taken out immediately from my checking account. I have sent 6 emails to the customer service site requesting an update with no reply. i have even called the phone# someone else posted on this site. Got a recording left messages - also no reply. Left emails to them stating that i am disabled and unable to get out and shop, and these are christmas presents for my son -still no reply.All i have received is the same first email that everyone else is getting (see below)
