I Had lost my children to child protective 13 years ago but I got my kids back and my case is closed and have not been in the system since I got my children back. Now my daughter is going through the same thing but they keep wanting to bring my past into her case and they are telling her that she has to choose her son or her family. Please tell me how can they get away with this; how long do I Have to suffer for my past; it has been 13 years . The judge didn't say That I couldn't be around children or anything. They didn't have a problem with me watching my grandson during the day because he was in my home when child protective came and got him. My daughter won her case in court and she is getting her son back and has all unsupervised visits now. Please tell me what I can do. Thank you, Judy
