I recently purchase a range from Sears in Hermitage for a wedding present for my son and daughter-in-law. We had it delivered and discovered we didn't purchase a power cord. Well, we weren't told we needed one. How in the heck can you run an electric range without a cord. Who would have guessed you needed to purhase a cord for an electric range. I was floored! That is ludicrous that you need to purchase a cord for an ELECTRIC range. Did I mention it was an electric range ? Why would I need to puchase a cord when electric powers the stove. You would think you could throw in a cord on an $850 range. This needs to be addressed. I paid to have the stove delivered and the old one hauled away and now I need to buy a cord separately. SHAME ON SEARS!!!
Sincerely,
