Fake Modelling Contracts
Dear Sir,
In the month of June, 2009 I posted the photographs of my Daughter -Yanni Chopra aged 4 years on an internet website http://www.clickindia.com. Thereafter on 30th June, 09 in the midnight I got a phone call from one lady who told me that she is calling from Jelly Babys Co. Ltd. UK and also told me that one representative from their company is visiting India and asked me to be prepared with the Portfolio and other details of my daughter Yanni Chopra. After 7-8 days I got a call from Mumbai (India). The caller told me his name as Mike Abkin and claimed that he is Head of Marketing -Jelly Babys Co. Ltd. UK and asked me to mail the portfolio of my daughther along with two photographs on the e-mail ID [email protected]. I mailed him the desired information. After a week I got a mail from him saying that their head office has approved proceedings for production to commence and was also asked to submit some documents and information. As desired by them I submitted all the documents. Upon submission of all documents and information I got a contract which was to be signed between me and Jelly Babys Co. Ltd. After 2-3 days i got a call from Mumbai (India) saying that they are the consultants (Fairon Consultants - (phone no. 022-64407709) for Jelly Babys Ltd.and informed me that the place for the shoot have been finalized in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysis and was also asked to pay a sum of Rs. 22, 000/- for making the necessary arrangements for the said Tour. I was also informed by them that prior to said tour of Malaysia an audition was scheduled in Mumbai on 19th July, 2009 and the same was confirmed by Mike Abkin (M) 09619331285 also. Upon the assurances given by Mike Abkin I transferred a sum of Rs. 22, 000/- in the saving bank account no. 654010200002530 of one Parkash Bhagwan Pawar -Head Accountant of Fairon Consultants. Since then I have stopped getting reply or phone calls from any of them.

I would be highly thankful if anyone could help me in this matter.
