I contracted with Jennifer to make calls for my company back in November of 2009. However, I came to find out the calls were not being made and let her know that I placed a stop payment on the check that was mailed out. Jennifer said she understood and would not cash the check. In December 2009, I was contacted by a check cashing place in Florida stating that Jennifer had cashed the check. I contacted Jennifer making her aware of the situation and she swears up and down that she did not cash the check and would work the situation out with me. She processes her payments on the 15th of each month I contacted Jennifer on the 15th and she claimed to be in NYC (where I am located) with family due to a death and she would process payment the following day when she arrived back into Florida. I never received the check and let Jennifer know once again she then claimed she would send it Western Union and again she came up with a brilliant excuse of being in bed sick and processing the payment online. As of 6:22 PM on March 1st, 2010, I have not received information about the payment being processed so that I could retrieve it from Western Union.

Jennifer is a fraud and her word is USELESS. I allowed her to drag this situation out thinking that she was actually trying to change and get herself together. SILLY ME! Do not use her services and if you do make a payment, only do so with American Express who will protect you against her fraudulent ways. If Jennifer states she cannot accept credit cards, RUN the other way. Jennifer has already warned me that she would file a rebuttal after my complaints begin to appear so Jennifer, it's your turn. You may have the emails that you communicated with me and so do I. All emails will show that you live up to the reputation that you've earned on the internet.
