I was a member since Nov 2009. My program consists of one year weekly weigh-in and consultations in person
or by phone.

One consultant took a maternity leave so i started with another lady. Then she transfered locations.
I asked for phone consulation for the next few week until my thyroid condition was regulated under
DR care. I called and left msgs. I stopped by the office and again left a message for consultant to
call me.

I was dismissed and i felt ignored. The consultants "press' you to purchase all JC meals.
The cost is over $100/ per week. I was limiting my purchase choices & chose to cook meals
at home. I got tired of microwave food.

I do enjoy the weekly calls.

I am very upset the OFFICE is not calling me to make appt or phone appt.

I sent an email to corporate !!!
