Early November 2008 I was looking for an engine and stumbled across a trust worthy company called Jenny Global Trading. I had sent an email to them with a request for an engine. They had sent me back a quote for $375.00 and $140 for shipping. I had called the next day to place an order and wanted to pay with a visa but had been told sorry at this time for the next few months visa or any other credit cards were not accepted. Now this seemed fishy to me and then did a little research online and seemed to find little bad about this company at the time but this is not my speciality. I then called back and placed the order on 11/17/08. I had written a check and was given a reference number after asking for one. #JG086429. I was instructed that the engine would be sent to a warehouse after I found that the shipment was $300 dollars to my house. This warehouse was so post to be close to where I live So I accepted. I sent a check and on 11/20/2008 a check for $515.00 was deposited in Bank of America Hamden CT 06514. I had sent the check to the Florida address and this seemed weird to me. So a couple of days past and still was not notified b Jenny Global of a tracking number which was so post to be given to me from them after the check past. I had called and emailed countless of times and found them not to call back. Weeks went by and still not word from Jenny Global or The warehouse where ever that may be to tell me about my purchase. Finally after countless phone calls I had reached the same man that I had purchased the engine from. He said that he would call me back with an up date the next day. Well this never happened. Again I had called and called. Never to get a reply back. A few weeks after that in late December I had reached Jenny global and was told that it is very busy and they would call be back when they can. By the time I opened my mouth to say anything he hung up on me. I sent countless emails and phone messages to Jenny Global. Finally Contacting the Better Business Bureau in February. Now I am still waiting for a reply from them and dont really know whats going on. In late February after countless attempts to call and not get through and leave a message my wife left a message saying she needs a quote for a engine. In 5 minutes she got a call back. She then gave the phone to me and had told me he didn't know the details but knew the engine was at the warehouse but could not tell me where it is or a phone number to call. This is the one and only employee I talked to at Jenny Global and was upset that I Contacted The Better Business Bureau. He again Instructed me that again he would have the information tomorrow and would give me a call. So again with all the emails, phone calls, and the tomorrow stuff I waited and waited.
