This attorney promotes seminars to senior citizens to have them create a trust with his for a flat seminar rate. The trust he provides is boiler plate and most of it isnt relevant to an eldery individual.

My complaint is that when my grandmother died, the trustee decided to use Mr Snyder to administer the trust. Months went by and Mr Snyder did not notify the beneficiaries (me included) that they were in the trust, did not give copies of the trust and will to the beneficiaries (the Trustee, who was also a beneficiary, had a copy but 2 other beneficiaries, including myself, did not). When I finally got a copy from another family member, I contacted Mr Snyders office to ask when we would be notified on change in trustee etc - 2 months later, after my insistance, he sent out a letter filled with typos. I asked for an accounting on the trust for over 2 1/2 months. CA law says that a prelim accounting must be given within 60 days of a request - but Mr Synder doesnt go by the law. My grandmothers trust was very simple, she took care of all liabilities prior to dying of cancer. Mr Snyder is unethical, keeping the beneficiaries in the dark and is only out to milk the trust for as much money as he can. Stay away from his services!
