First of all, I have no clue to who or what journey pass is. I was at the BNA, in Nashville tn, checked my bags and that was that. No introduction to this company and all of a sudden I recieve this phantom charge on my credit card.
I called my bank to inform them of such, in which they provided me with a number to call. I recieved a weird voice message asking me to leave information that I really feel will not be recieved by anyone.
This fraudulent company is feeding off Airline guest and trying to get away with it. The buck stops here. I am going to do whatever I can to see that this never happens to anyone again.
I have made this my personal crusade!!!
