This company recruits people to work in real Home Depot stores doing night time merchandising resets. The scam works by Jet Retail letting their "reps" substitute another worker in their place. So the scammers posts jobs all over recruiting people who unknowingly actually work in the stores for these rat bastards, but don't get paid. The "rep" probably gets paid by Crossmark for the work the victim did in the Home Depot. Jet Retail. HD Works, and National Merchandising are just scammers and the word is out. Home Depot will learn about it and so will Crossmark. They should act to protect their reputations.
Get the word out and they will get shut down and prosecuted.
All victims should contact a Labor Board in their state, contact the FTC, and go to a site called the internet crime complaint center at
ic3.gov
According to the ic3.gov site:
"The Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3) is a partnership between the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), the National White Collar Crime Center (NW3C), and the Bureau of Justice Assistance (BJA).
IC3's mission is to serve as a vehicle to receive, develop, and refer criminal complaints regarding the rapidly expanding arena of cyber crime. The IC3 gives the victims of cyber crime a convenient and easy-to-use reporting mechanism that alerts authorities of suspected criminal or civil violations. "
