so i got a call asking if i was looking for work i said yes they said they had some jobs available at homedepot $10 an hour so i called up my man to see if he would do it so we showed up at homedepot this guy named jason lanson was rude i worked 7 straght hours standing up doing tiles alex did the frames we were supposed to work four full days i went in the next day with my mom cause alex didnt want to go again when we came in jason didnt egknowledge us at all so me my mom just stood there they didnt hyave much for us to do so he payed me and my mom for an hour and said that he didnt want us top come back again because they were going to be moving toilets he didnt think we could do that so me my mom faxed our time sheets in the day before jason asked if we had our time sheets e said no and had an attitude he said we would get paiod nxt following week well wenever got paiod my mom called and complained saying we didnt get our checks jason even liedand sais me and my mom didnt show up on the 23 march the lady said sorry and said they were training a new payee person so they were behind so we went in the homedepot and talked to the manager he knew nothing he was rude me and my mom didnt get paid till month half later and my alex astill hasnt gotten paid do not work for jet retail crossmark they have rude service and they dont pay people or they pay em late

Worked my butt off for a few days... 04/21/2100 still no pay check no contact wont return my phone calls... simply vanished on me...

I worked for jet retail in nampa id and followed every check in and then some to the T. I have faxed properly all time sheets and new contract forms to the fax numbers provided in a timely manner following every instuction also to the T. Jet retails homepage lists a contract that informes employees they will be paid every friday if sign-off timesheets are faxed before sunday at midnight of the same week. Well, my sign-off and timesheets were faxed on friday 5 hours after completion of my job at home depot and this was on the 15th of april. Now it is May 4th and after several phone calls to lauren my supposed to be rep for this company i cant even get a confirmation on recieved faxes let alone my god damn money! Lauren has since not aswered any of my phone calls or returned any of my messages which led me to my dealings with another rep cant be postive on her name so dont care to slander. This rep stated company had just recieved there money to be able to pay there employees this was on the 29th of april and that checks were being issued the following day. She could not offer any type of contact information for an hr department or payroll department but said she would take my personal information for a call back to still confirm my faxes have been recieved. As to no surprise no call back has been recieved which led me to Jeremy. Jeremy stated checks were being mailed prority mail april 30th and could provide still no confirmation of faxes nor provide any contact information for an hr or payroll department. Now this led me back to Lauren finally answering her phone on may 4th explaining to me croossmark and her boss changing the original contract from weekly pay to bi weekly and that she had been working on all timesheets till 3 this morning stating she had no addresses listed for checks to be issued and still has not confirmed my address can you believe she didnt even ask me for my contact information during this phone call!! wow. She did not provide any further assistance for me to confirm any of my contact or timesheets faxes had been recieved but again provided me with the same number i have been calling for weeks. I have now contacted my state labor commisioner and am filing a complaint with the better business bureau. I will be emailing candice martson the head of payroll and also [email protected] thanks to only this site for providing me with this needed contact information to further my search for MY MONEY!!!
