We ordered tickets on Jet Combo, for my wife and daughter to go from Seattle to Russia, jetcombo gave us an itinerary, and tried to buy tickets for us twice and canceled our tickets twice. If they are using our credit card to purchase the flights, and the credit card company is not allowing the purchase, then why didn't a Jet Combo rep call us, or even email us, to fix this problem??? Nobody called us about this problem if it is truly a problem with our credit card company, then it seems that JET COMBO should have called us instead of attempting over and over again to purchase tickets and risk us loosing our flights. Our credit cards have thousand of dollars of coverage, and therefore high security so if you do not enter the right information, when trying to purchase something, it wont work. Jet Combo should have called us or even emailed us, after the first sign of trouble!!!
I have NEVER had so much difficulty with ANY other travel agency. Although it may not be that jetcombo screwed up the flight, but they seem to lack the ability to provide ANY form of customer service and also seem lacking the ability to handle using ANY type of credit card transaction properly.
We highly recommend against the use of www.jetcombo.com!!!
