I traveled from Delhi to Port Blair (30.07.2008) and returned to Delhi (03.08.2008) by S2-319 / S2-320 flights of Jetlite. On arrival at Delhi IGI Airport, I found my both the suitcases (Tag nos. S2 821769 & 821771) broken due to mishandling of the ground staff. A complaint has been lodged with the Airlines staff in arrival lounge and she issued me a Yellow-slip with the assurance that a man from the airline's office would visit for collecting the baggages for necessary repairs. But till date none has contacted / visited and the complaint still remains unattended even after a week of arrival. I expect that Jetlite would get the needful expedited. Nobody picks up customer care number.
