gold coast airport, flight jq443 to melbourne 19 feb 2009.worst way i have ever been treated as a customer in my life.manager on this night was a lady named kirsten, she lied when i asked for her name, she took a personal call about going out that night right infront of me on her mobile, height of rudeness!!!
i want full refund of $300 or else i'll never fly with you again and i want kirsten fired as she has no customer relation skills what so ever and lies so you can not trust her.
virgin airlines are far better, if this lady is still employed when i return it will be at your loss.
