no refund for returned items
Purchased earring on Nov, 2, 2010. Returned and received by company on N10, 2010, Spoke to Carol, customer service several times, would not let me speak to accounting who is suppose to return my money. They all cover for each other in their scam. Will send complaint to Attorney General.

He stole my money and gave me junk jewelry
I am a NRI in USA purchased jewelry from him about 3 years back. He send me junk. Lot of complains that the gems are coming off. Silver coating came off. He is a liar and has several web sites. He claims he has contract with Wal Mart no he des not. His names is Rakesh Taneja. I recd. goods in several shipments bypassing customs etc. He send me rings etc which are as ugly as his crookedness in business. Please spread the word. Even his local jewelers shared similar stories with me without me even telling them anything. Dont purchase anything from him. He also has company name under his uncles name and his other relatives. ugly ring and looks like he painted silver color on the ring.

Refund denied, false advertising
I ordered jewelery from this company and paid for it with my Mastercard. I returned a set of pearsl which were fake and before I reallized they were fake, they called with this "great offer". I would get another set of pearls and 2 rubypendants by just paying the postage. The postage was more that the whole thing was worth. Now that I have returned the pearl set for a refund, I cannot get my credit. They won't even talk to me about it and one person even said it was applied toward my previous balance. I DIDN'T EVEN HAVE A PREVIOUS BALANCE". What a ripoff. Hope this will help someone from making the same mistake.

over charge
I was charged for Jewlry that I sent back. called t he company 2 times & both times they assured me they would take it off my credit card & never did.

Con/Fraudelent
I gave them information for an account but hadnt actually clicked anything to purchase. The next day I checked my bank account and saw that I had been charged $68. And another day later, the charge had been increased up to $300. I called ShopDani.com and they said there was something in the mail being sent to me and the customer service was rude and was no help at all.

bait and switch
Item pictures misrepresent the items actually shipped. Every item is the old bait and switch routine. You never get quality items and are never like represented. Sure they are happy to have you return the item. They make money on shipping and restocking fees, then turn around and do the same thing to the next bidder.
Buyer beware of this scam. You will get screwed! Guaranteed.
