I recently ordered cabinet hardware from jewelryforhomes.com. Upon receipt I realized the handles were too small for my husband to grip. I immediately contacted the company via email and asked if they could exchange for handles that were larger from any of their other brands. I received a reply suggesting my husband grow his fingernails so he could the handles!!! And the matter was passed on to someone else. She emailed me to tell me they issued me a refund and charged my 25% restocking fee. I responded to her & said that I wanted an exchange not a refund and asked for assistance seeking larger handles. Then a third person replyed and wouldn't offer any help.
What ever happened to customer service?? I feel like I was given the run-around and paid for it with time & money. I would highly suggest you use another website when buying cabinet hardware.
