If you want horrible service, rude and unprofessional staff, and gross incompetence, then call Jim's. Otherwise, steer clear of this business and warn others.
After more than 30 phone calls, three technician visits, and two months of hassle my cooktop and wall oven still were not repaired. The staff never returned any of the multiple messages I left asking for a call back and status on the repair. I even spoke with someone in their office who confirmed they were waiting on a part and would let me know when it was in. However, two weeks later when I called in (after they didn't respond to messages), they told me they weren't going to do the repair and sent the part back because they didn't like that I complained about the repair not being done properly the first time.
There is absolutely no reason to risk working with Jim's Appliance. They lack ethics. There are other companies out there who engage in honest business and want to do good work. Stay away from Jim's.
