My complaints are similar to the others I read after having a horrible time working with them and the same scam pulled on me as many others. I ordered a large izod shirt and received one that was a very small., a size 8. The tag on the shirt had been tucked inside the shirt and never attached. When I sent it back to them, they returned it to me as "nonreturnable" because the tag was off. AND they charged me the postage amount to send it back to me.

Why are they being allowed to continue this type of scam? You would think that with the huge amount of complaints that a government agency would do something. Why can't a pop up or a warning be given on line whenever someone tries to order from them? They are thieves!
