I wanted to place an official complaint about the practices of JK Limo Service. They offer the worst service one can imagine. I used them 8 times and they were 5 times late. When asked they come up with all kinds of excuses like, the driver lost the satellite on his GPS and couldn't find the house, the car wouldn't start or the best one was used this morning at 4:50 am when I was told that the driver was pulled over by the police for speeding. They then called me later to tell me the driver wouldn't show up. I had no other chance than to take my private car to make my 6:50 flight for an important business meeting. I gave them several chances to improve and they also used different names as their owners (Gabriel, JK, ...). www.jklimo.com
