Your cutting line was unbelievably long. Cutting clerk was buried in too much fabric and not enough help. I went to the drapery fabric cutting table and noticed a clerk, later found out her name is Robin, standing there gabbing with another clerk. They were laughing and carrying on. I asked if it would be possible to get my fabric cut there. Robin told me in a very loud voice you have to go get a ticket and they will cut your fabric at the cutting table. The point is why couldn't she or the other clerk she was gabbing with help me. Or if she didn't want to do that, how about helping the lady at the cutting table? She also looked like she needed a shower, gummy hair and body odor. Ugh. I don't have to shop at Joann's. I can get the same merchandise a number of other places without putting up with the snotty treatment. Taking my business, a lot of sewing, to Hancocks, Kaplans on the Plaza, Quilt shop, and spreading the word. Your store is not just merchandise you know, it's the people who represent you on the sales floor.
