Hello,
Now this is my 3rd attempt at the least to get a hold of Frank @the general manager. I have been calling and left 2 messages for you on your cell # from the card you provided for me to contact him.
At this point it is ridiculous what happened and to be accuse d of lying I already filed a complaint w/ numerous agencies, BBB, Florida Commissions, and a few tourism agencies. All geared towards Frank, the club, and your rude bartenders and not to mention the officers you brought to your rescue, which were not needed at all. I really did not appreciate the service as a 1st time patron. Especially the rude female bartender and other male one calling me a liar about opening a tab. I really feel if cameras are there they should be in working order, but if that's how they choose to run their establishment then that's fine, but calling a customer a liar is just horrible and I will make it known. There were 2 charges on my card one @ 1:20am for $13 and another @ 2:43am for $16.90 so I believe your employee gave my card to someone else which is really hard to believe considering I gave him my DL which should have been checked to use the card, correct? I am sure that there were not many Asian mixed older women there to mix up my face, but thank you now I have a huge headache to order all new cards and dispute charges. Thank you for your wonderful experience and be sure it WILL be known to anyone who will listen you either have careless employees or not so honest ones!
