In looking for a job on legitimate sites like indeed.com, you will find this scam company when you click on the link to see the job description and find yourself on a page with a photo of a recruiter in the upper right corner and the job description information below. I've seen several jobs recently, that I didn't apply for, that were advertised through this company and even decided to follow one of the "recruiters" on my Twitter page last week in case they had additional job listings of interest.

When you apply for a job with them, which I did for the first time yesterday, I found that I had been scammed. I submitted my resume for a position yesterday morning and after doing so answered a few basic questions, including whether I had interest in additional education. I said yes and after clicking "submit" I was prompted that to complete the application process I needed to call a number. I thought it was odd, but the site says they are unique in that they increase applicant's chances to get a job by qualifying applicants over the phone for employers in your area. The woman that spoke with me asked me a couple of questions about my interest in online courses and when she found out I wouldn't be pursuing school until gaining employment she promptly exited the conversation. No qualifying for a job!

This morning I had an email from a rep with jobnab.com and an email from a Career-Nework "Human Resources" rep saying I needed to follow the links in their emails to sign up to see other jobs one rep had in my area and the Career-Network rep email link was to "confirm my interest" in the position. Yeah, the same one I submitted my resume for yesterday. Thanks to Nancy who posted contact info for registering complaints against these companies. I did so with the Fed Trade Commission. Would be great if some of the big player job sites would pursue ridding the world of these guys so us poor time-sapped job seekers don't have to deal with this.
