Misrepresentation - Fraud
This company reached me through LinkedIn which may be a warning to those using that service. I was contacted by email and then followed up with a call. I thought that it might be a respectable company, but apparently LinkedIn is not as useful as I had thought. I made an appointment and asked again if there was a fee for service and the response was 'No'. After checking the internet, I realized that that was the first misrepresentation of the truth. Further, after checking other reviews and reports, using a spouse as a reference is in violation of Labour laws, Human Rights Code, and the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms. Anyone with a shred of respect for honesty, duty to democracy and equality in employment should avoid and report this company to the appropriate authorities. They have also been reported to change their business name freguently, but the incorporation business name uses a generic - 2057161 ONTARIO INC. M A HAMEED, WENDELL LACOMBE AND DASMITH. 350 BAY STREET, SUITE 900 TORONTO, ON, TEL: 416-363-9245, FAX: 416-363-6746. and this should be used to file complaints or legal action.

reporting to others
This am I received a call from Job Success. They left a message and asked that I call back as they had an opportunity for me. I could not recall having sent anything to them and decided to look them up to remind myself. Lucky for me -- I found strange references to the jobs, success, a host of initials but all with the same address...Suspicious continued and found this site. And i am so glad that people have taken the time to share their experiences. After reading multiple reports on the less then above board antics of Job Success - I will not be calling them back
