I, too, ordered the free sample and paid for the shipping on my credit card.
I tried to call and cancel the continued subscription and was put on hold for over 30 minutes each of the three
calls I made...never made a connection.
When I saw that I was charged $149.95 on my credit
card, I called the number listed which is top customer
service. What a joke. I was given the run around
again..asked for the supervisor..talked to some man
who told me to write [email protected].
No deal..just started reading your complaints when I
googled it.
Went to the web site and wrote [email protected] My first e-mail was just "test" . They responded with a case number.
Then, I sent my letter and received no answer or response.
I intend to call the credit card company.
I will write the Better Business and FDA.
