Here is an FYI, I had to come back from Florida for a family health issue. After 3 phone call backs from customer service, while I was still in Florida from people I could not understand, I decided to wait until I returned to Michigan to address my problem. When I arrived in Michigan. I took our new GMC Terrain to Al Serra, where I had purchased the vehicle, after first talking to my sales person who said bring it right in and well take care of it. Dave Paris, my salesman provided me with a demo car, told me not to worry and I drove home (Ortonville, Mi.) within the hour, the service manager called me back to tell me the problem was fixed. It just amazes me that Linus GMC (Vero Beach, Florida) said there wasn't anything they could do for me! The Service manager was more concerned about the poor rating I had given their service department than he was about taking care of my issue. Aren't those supposed to be just a general review of service and am I not entitled to my own opinion??? I will say this, for the last time, I have been a loyal General Motors customer for over 34 years. Does my warranty not go with me when I travel to Florida? I would like a call back from an AMERICAN SPEAKING representative so i can discuss this further. The matter being LINUS GMC located in Vero Beach Florida and the terrible service while I was there. The dealership came highly recommended to me by a family member that has been dear friends of Mr & Mrs Linus for more years than I have been alive. My wife had encourage me to call Mr Linus but I refused.
