Yhis Company doesn't provide any information so that you can reach them directly - no web-site, no street address, no phone number. I received an offer to purchase a Horse Training book - I enclosed a check for the amount and returned to John Lyons. Nothing on the offer said anything about this being a subscription!! Now I can't stop them from sending more books!! I sent a letter last month telling them to stop any further shipments and today I got another book! Complanints about this comapny are all over the internet! I now have a bill for $18.95 and a book I never ordered - I can return the book but from complaints on the web, I understand they just keep sending the books and If you don't pay they will report you to the credit bureau - there must be some way to stop these people.
