The rebate offer by Johnson & Johnson is deceptive
advertising.They require personal health info plus age of parent. You must buy a years supply then remove the box tops which makes the lenses non exchangeable if the child vision changes. I will
not submit a rebate under these conditions.
Buyer beware on purchasing expecting a rebate withou revealing personal health info.
