As scheduled I just called 1-877-659-0133 and spoke with reprsentative Ryan in regards to the 'Entry Level HR Assistant/Admin.' position they posted on Indeed.com. Before I called, I went online and read about the company and was surprised with all the complaints that exist about them. I quickly realized there was a really good possibility they are not a staffing agency, so when I called I was ready to say something if they asked me about my interest in school and didn't ask anything about the position I applied for. Well, he started off saying 'you are so and so and are calling in regards to the XY position' and I said yes that's correct. He quickly proceeded to say this call may take anywher batween 5-25 minutes and quickly asked me what was my highest education level and if I was interested in going to school. I said I have a Masters degree and that I was NOT interested in going back to school. He quickly said "Ok, I will submit your information and if you qualify for the job, we will let you know. I have no more questions at this time have a nice day". I said wait a minute I have a questions to ask you. Right there and then I was 100% sure they are totally a scam and do business based on desperate job seekers. I realized that all the complaints I read about them minutes before were right. I asked him what he had to say about all the existing complaints against their company and that I was really hoping he was actually recording the conversation (as he mentioned in the beginning) to use it for training purposes and that I hope it makes them rethink and ask themselves how they can do business by promoting fake job opportunities. I asked him if he had something to say about it before I submitted a formal complain of their scam and all he said was ' my job is to ask applicants those questions and submit them to the next department for review'. Wow! These people are hidding their #1 goal behind their job postings. More people need to know this is another scam and I will do my part by formally complain with the necessary agencies.
