I paid a visit to the Salon, as they were offering promotions for "wash and colour". I was told that day was fully booked, so I got a free slot for noon the next day. The owner, Jonal Chong informed me that as my hair required special colouring, I would be charged as such: full price for the colouring, promotion price for the cut.
I arrivbed at noon the next day, and they made me wait one hour. When I finally for impatient and asked when they would see to me, I was told another 30', and could I come back then?
Meanwhile, the colourist had come to see my hair, which is black, and I wanted my roots bleached and the whole head done in silver. I was told it would take $S 48 x 4, as 4 treatments were needed ie 2 root bleaches, 2 full head colour, and a cut.
I said this was contrary to what was told to me yesterday.
When I tried to speak with the owner, Jonal Chong, he brushed me off.
I ended by leaving, but after wasted hour whole hour.
For a Salon that boasts to be "Nicole Kidman exclusively appointed hairstylist", I think the claim is misleading -if not false, as the actual services provided are NOT professional.
There is no complaint body in Singapore to deal with such cases. What should I do?
