I hired Jordan Quinn Photography for my wedding in January. The photographer and I settled on a price with an agreement that I would get ALL the pictures from a full day shoot. We agreed that I would pay hotel and aiplane costs only for the destination wedding. The photographer nickle and dimed me on my big day, getting meals, a $200 hotel upgrade, and a $60 taxi ride that we not agreed on before. She called repeatedly screaming (this on my wedding!) when she ran into problems at the airport. She was drunk for my New Year's Eve wedding shoot. On my wedding day she ended the shoot early because she was cold and tired. Then, six weeks later, I got 221 wedding photos. From what should have been an all day shoot. I was expecting well over 1, 000 because I paid for EVRY PICTURE. She said none of the others came out. I've written multiple times requesting a refund. She won't respond. I spent nearly $3, 000. For 221 pictures? She does great work but don't ruin your wedding day with a bad attitude, hidden costs, and pathetic delivery.
